How much is performance improved with the 66mm throttle body vs. factory installed?
Answer: It will give you more throttle response, but nothing significant in performance. Stick with stock! -

Will this fit on a 98 Explorer Sport 4.0l OHV? And will I need to get my truck tuned after installing?
Answer: My vehicle is a 1996 Explorer with a V6 motor. This throttle body added a lot more zip to my vehicle and it passes California smog. I wouldn't buy it if it does not mention your year or engine type. -

Does this throttle body come with a new throttle position sensor already installed on it?
Answer: Nope - but they aren't terribly expensive - worth getting a new one.
