Standard Return Policy
We stand behind our goods and services and want you to be satisfied with them. We’ll always do our best to take care of our all valuable customers - our ideology is to treat you fairly and reasonably; we hope you will be fair with us as well.
In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is Damaged /Defective/Wrong then you may return the merchandise. To be eligible for a full refund, make sure the merchandise must be returned in a re-saleable condition. That means your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in the original packaging and returned with any accessories, labels and “free gifts” or bonus items within 5 days from the date on which merchandise are delivered.
- 1. In case you receive a damaged/defective/wrong product, then we request you to share snap shot and video (if required/requested) at firstname.lastname@example.org and also mention your order number.
- 2. Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
- 3. In case of damaged product received, you will have to escalate the issue to shipping company first (within 3 days of product receiving) and later on you can let us know within the return timeframe.
When ‘Returns’ are not possible:
- 1. Product is used, damaged, or is not in the same condition as you received it.
- 2. Specific categories like innerwear, lingerie, Beauty products, perfumes/deo, paints, socks and clothing freebies ,Grocery & Gourmet, Jewellery (Such as Gold) and Pet Supplies etc.
- 3. Any consumable item which has been used or installed.
- 4. Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.
- 5. Anything missing from the package you've received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories.
- 6. Fragile items, hygiene related items.
- 7. All Digital products are non-returnable.
- 8. In case, if you are unhappy with the product you have ordered or it doesn't meet your expectations.
Note :- Returns that do not meet above requirements will be shipped back at the customer expense so please call (+65) - 68093166 prior to return if you have any questions.
If you already own one of the products we sell, the manufacturer is the best source for troubleshooting. Please contact them at the number listed in your instruction booklet.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, then your refund (including all the charges) will be processed to your Ubuy account as in Ucredit which can be used in next purchase. You will receive the Ucredit within 24 to 48 working hours.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- 1. Books or other paper products with obvious signs of use;
- 2. Any item not in its original condition, which is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
We do not offer refunds for sale items, unless they are faulty.
