What is the paper weight of the sketchbook?
Answer: The sketchbook features heavy 180gsm cartridge paper. -

What is the cover made of?
Answer: The cover is made of durable high quality cloth. -

What is the guarantee policy?
Answer: If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, we will ensure you leave with a smile. -

Can the label be removed from the front cover?
Answer: Yes, it came off mine quite easily. -
Question:
Is it good for Posca pens and paint?
Answer: Don't know what Posca pens are. However, it takes gesso and oil paint for practice sketching with. Any paper which is heavier than 90gsm can take mixed mediums. It should take acrylic or gouache paint pretty well. -
Question:
Are these pages A4 with or without the perforation accounted for? i.e. if I remove a page, would it fit perfectly in an A4 frame if required?
Answer: The one I bought was A3. And, I only use it for sketching, so I don't mind the perforations. But they are easy enough to trim before putting them in a frame. -
Question:
Is the surface rough or smooth?
Answer: It's cartridge paper, so neither rough, nor smooth like layout paper. -
Question:
Can you buy refills for this?
Answer: Probably easier to just buy another one. -
Question:
Does this arrive wrapped in polythene or cellophane wrap?
Answer: Honestly can't remember if it was cellophane or polythene and not sure why that makes a difference 🤔 -
Question:
Can I use alcohol-based markers on this pad?
Answer: I bought this for my son's art class at high school. Had to be this one. I am not sure about the markers but he does use all types of pens.
