Answer: I used my fluke laser thermometer to measure the temps and this did not get hotter than 45-46°C. It's transmitting and receiving large amounts of data compared to the older 360 ones, and the smaller size just means it appears hotter to the touch. Most high bandwidth WiFi direct USB devices of this size get hot to the touch, nothing to worry about. -
