- The amazing difference with Black Ice, is in the cooling packs filled with a mollecular alloy coolant engineered to maintain a consistent 52 degree output, the optimal temperature for Orthopedic pain relief and healing
- Cooling packs can be re-chilled in ice water in 1 hour, 1.5 hours in a freezer, or 4 hours in a refrigerator. Keep some packs on the injury and some in the refrigerator for continual swapping and maximum pain relief.
- Packs can be applied directly to the skin with no worry of frostbite. Packs do not drip on the user and provide up to 1 hour of cooling to the body.
- No batteries, wires, hoses, pumps or power cords to deal with.
- Packs have hook and loop dots on the reverse side, so they can be placed in numerous positions on the wrap, to target the pain and comfort level needed for each person. Packs can also be left in position and the entire pack/wrap combo placed in the refrigerator (recommend using a bag to store the wrap in).
- Includes Shoulder Wrap Comprised of 4 Sections with hook and loop fastening arrangement, and, 4 cooling packs and instructions
- Shoulder wrap is adjustable to fit vast majority of shoulder/chest widths for both men and women. Easy to arrange, wear and store.
- Wrap is lightweight and has 2 methods of adjustment; one general adjustment using tabs to locate the wrap in position around the chest and shoulder, and the second strap which goes under the arm from front to rear to further position the wrap and provide the desired level of compression. After the first time setting up the wrap for maximum comfort, straps and packs can be left in position for ease of removal and reuse.
