It can be used in cold water, but the rider should dress appropriately and wear a PFD. Also, the kayak is stable but not suitable for boat wakes. Cleaning the kayak is easy and mold/mildew are easily manageable. The company’s customer service is good with a fast delivery. However, the kayak can be difficult to control during paddling, and the seat is fragile. Overall, the Inlet is a good beginner kayak but not suited for more skilled kayakers.
