Sulky Stabilizers 407-01 Editorial Review
Sulky Fabri-Solvy is a water-soluble stabilizer for machine and hand embroidery. It is not self-adhesive, but it can be pinned in place while stitching over it. It washes away after the design is stitched. It is excellent for stabilizing fabric and was found to be easy to trace onto, easy to embroider on and easy to dissolve. While it is perfect for 2-D needle felting projects, it may not be suitable for certain projects that require a flat surface like hooping for embroidery. It comes in a roll of 20" x 36" and it can be easily cut down to size. It is possible to double the sheets for better results, and it works especially well to stabilise embroidery on felt.
