- Tips: 2.4G Wi-Fi network is required for pairing. To ensure a stable connection between the G2 gateway and the door lock, the distance between the gateway and the door lock should be within 32 ft. When adding the gateway, your smartphone and the gateway must be connected to the same Wi-Fi network
