The shoe is breathable, and the toe box has enough space, which is great for people with mild calluses on the medial aspect of their big toes. The shoe can be washed with a hose and left out to dry, but it's not recommended to wash them in the washing machine. Some customers experienced tendonitis pain wearing the shoe, but they found Brooks Ariel20 more supportive. Other customers noted that while the Ghost 14 had a wider width, the Ghost 15 is more for support. The Ghost 15 has a wider toe box than the Ghost 14, making them an improvement on the previous version. The limited color choices for the wide width is also an issue that some customers noted.
