The StarTech.com 19 24U Server Rack Cabinet is a well-made, sturdy and structurally sound piece of equipment. The unit comes in perfect condition and is bolted to a pallet. The server rack has locking doors, casters, cable management, a 1U shelf and side panels, and is adjustable in depth from 2 to 30 inches. The cabinet is designed for midsize applications and can handle heavy UPS. Some customers experienced problems with the quality of the locks and fragile "E" clips that hold the door hinge springs in place. It is also advised to double-check the width of the vertical rails as some customers had issues with misaligned 19" equipment holes making it impossible to thread screws into the cage nuts. The unit is delivered on a pallet, and some customers found damage to the cabinet presumably occurring during manufacturing.
