Once connected, it makes a clicking sound, indicating that it has locked. The magnet is quite strong but has lesser locking force than expected by customers. Some customers found the manual difficult to follow but eventually got it working. It is not very loud and does not have an LED to show if it is on. Overall, this product is Considered to be a great value for money, despite the few downsides.
