Some customers have had to figure out another configuration to make it work on the back of the bike that was made for bike seats. The product is also poorly Constructed with some customers complaining about it being super cheap and hardly having any padding. Additionally, the metal beneath the cushion and behind the backrest is so thin that the screw position doesn't match the hole. Customers also dislike that there are no straps to secure the child in place. The seat can be purchased with a whole set of goods, including a bicycle seat, a bicycle installation rack and net, for $106. However, customers claim that the set doesn't fit properly on many bikes, and the mount is misleading as it isn't compatible with every bike.
