Answer: I recommend against purchasing this chair. After about 4 months, the seat just collapsed and broke. I am not a large person. -

I got sent the wrong armrest, they are both for the right side.
Answer: The customer service number is in the installation sheet. I had to call them for help, and they were very nice. They are based out of Georgia and they are open Monday to Friday. -

Where is the massage function and the data cord? Who can I reach out to about this?
Answer: The massage function is in the lower part of the seat and there is a cord that goes out the side which plugs into a USB adapter. For further assistance, reach out to the customer service helpline.
