These ramekins are made in China for Norpro in the USA and are oven and microwave safe. They are also stackable, however, it is not recommended to stack more than 2 high. The depth of the ramekin is 4 inches across and 2 1/8 inches deep. Customers have used them for making Creme Brûlée, lava cakes, and other dishes. They are also dishwasher safe. Overall, customers have been happy with their purchase of the Norpro porcelain ramekins. Many have used them to make desserts like Creme Brûlée with success, and they are also easy to clean in the dishwasher.
