Smooth-on Dragon Skin 00-20 is a soft, stretchy silicone that is easy to use for making molds. It is similar in texture to toe caps and has a very lifelike texture when used as a mold. The silicone stretches easily and can be used for molds and casts that require flexibility. It works great for wax that isn’t too strong like soy and coconut making it ideal for undercuts as well. Many users have also used this to make knee pads, cushions and stress balls that require very soft yet strong mold/final product. The silicone is translucent, not purple as shown in the box. Some customers have reported that they didn’t receive what they ordered causing them to receive different silicones than required. Also, some users found the silicone to be useless for their needs.
