The Fedco FER501 Poly Tank Fire Pump is a professional-grade product that is mostly used as a fire suppression device for wildland and grass fires. The 5-gallon tank is not pressurized, and the wand needs to be pumped to get a Constant stream or a spray of water. It comes with backpack straps and doesn't have a lumbar support. Although it is not designed for watering gardens, it could easily be used. This unit is pretty durable, but some reviewers did recommend replacing the nylon connector between the tank and the hose with a metal elbow because it was a weak point. One reviewer faced issues with the pump due to rubber seal or a small crack on the brass pump which failed it to maintain pressure. However, most users find this pump great, very comfortable, and rugged enough to carry through the woods. The product is easy to use with an excellent spray, but some wished it had an adjustment to blast more water with each pump.
