The Birkenstock Womens from Polyurethane Synthetic-Clogs is a durable and comfortable pair of shoes for the food service industry, with a non-slip sole and a nice arch in the footbed. It is advised to order a size smaller than normal as they tend to run large, but the footbed is removable to accommodate orthotics or form pads. Hand wash only and wear with socks for comfort. The only issue reported was the shoes becoming squeaky after prolonged use, which was solved by purchasing new Birkenstock cork insoles.
