  • Question: Do you get the underwear with it or just the vest?

    Answer: Just the vest. I think you can purchase them separately.
  • Question: How constricting is this? I need to lean and bend a lot easily while on the job

    Answer: The garment offers a lot of compression. You will be able to bend and move freely as the fabrics used are elastic fabrics.
  • Question: Does this compress all the way down or just the chest?

    Answer: This garment is uniformly constructed from top to bottom. Very good quality compression all the way from the shoulder down.
  • Question: The reviews say to buy a size up, my chest is 38 inches but my waist is smaller than the size chart for medium (30 inches) should I still size up?

    Answer: I was in the same predicament as you my friend. So I made a mistake and went with a medium. Big mistake, I had to cut off most of it which turned it into a 'man-bra'. Now I wear the large which is perfect except it's really long. I'm a chest size 42, so I think you should be fine with a medium. It will probably be a pretty tight fit for the first couple of days but should be fine after.
  • Question: I've had problems with my untucked shirts clinging badly to other brands I've tried (like Spanx). Is that a problem with this?

    Answer: Personally, I don't find it clingy at all, and I never tuck in my shirts. However, it really depends on the fabric you're wearing. I don't think it will be though.
  • Question: What would be the recommended size for a pre-surgery chest measurement of 45 inches and waist 40 inches? I am a bit confused with some of the reviews

    Answer: This is an extreme compression garment, the extra large is the prescribed size and we guarantee that one to be very tight and provide maximum compression.
  • Question: My chest is a 45...what size would you recommend me to buy if I want to hide my breasts?

    Answer: I would say, check the measurements on the size chart first but my honest opinion would be a medium to a large.
  • Question: How does this 980 style vest compare with the 990 style?

    Answer: Model 980 has 2 front panels while 990 has only 1, so the compression power in front is double on the 980.
  • Question: So the back is not as reinforced as the front?

    Answer: That is right, 2 layers in front and 1 at the back. The item is very strong, please order a size bigger if you are in between sizes.
